Assessment questions, scoring methods, internal evaluation criteria, project tasks, platform workflows, and private communications are confidential information.
User Obligations
Users must not disclose, publish, sell, reproduce, or distribute confidential information obtained through the platform.
Permitted Use
Confidential information may be used only for completing assigned assessments and modules within the platform.
Duration
Confidentiality obligations continue after account creation, assessment completion, payment, or termination of platform access.
Breach
Unauthorized disclosure may result in access suspension, disqualification, removal from the program, and legal action where applicable.
