Platform Materials
The platform, assessments, question banks, evaluation logic, UI, documents, and related materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
User Submissions
Users retain ownership of original code and work they create, subject to the license needed for review, evaluation, storage, and program administration.
License to Evaluate
By submitting work, users grant the platform permission to access, test, analyze, and evaluate submissions for assessment and compliance purposes.
Third-Party Content
Users must not submit content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, licenses, confidentiality obligations, or applicable law.
Restrictions
Users may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative assessment materials from platform-owned content.
